Meet our founder
Lindsey Redmann
I have served as a high school counselor for the past 15 years. This year, I transitioned into a middle school counseling role. While I’ve embraced the new challenges and opportunities, I quickly realized how much I miss working with students on the college search and application process. Guiding students through such a pivotal time—helping them navigate their options, define their goals, and celebrate the outcomes—is truly my favorite aspect of school counseling. I find the variety, personalization, and excitement of the process incredibly rewarding.
I’m also a proud wife to my wonderful husband, Alex, and the mother of two amazing daughters, Reagan and Lucy. Their encouragement and support have been instrumental in helping me launch my business, and I’m deeply grateful for their belief in me every step of the way.

Notes of Appreciation
We’re blushing.
“I can’t thank Ms. Redmann enough for the support she gave me during a very difficult time. While I was enrolled at the University of Kansas, I experienced a family loss that left me unsure of what to do next. Ms. Redmann guided me through the process of stepping away from school, offered thoughtful advice, and helped me understand my options. After taking some time to reflect, I decided to re-enroll for the spring of 2026. Without her guidance, I would have been lost, stressed, and out a significant amount of money. Thanks to her help, I’m now able to attend my dream school and continue pursuing my education with confidence.”

“We’re extremely thankful for the guidance and support Lindsey provided throughout our high school academic and college planning journey. She helped us carefully consider the best courses to meet graduation requirements while also aligning with NCAA eligibility standards and competitive college expectations. Her advice was instrumental in balancing AP, PSEO, and college-level courses, ensuring our children stayed on track without feeling overwhelmed. Her knowledge, encouragement, and attention to detail made a complex process feel manageable and personalized.”

“I feel incredibly fortunate to have had Mrs. Redmann as my high school counselor. Throughout my time in high school, she was a steady source of support, guidance, and encouragement. Whether I was facing academic stress, personal challenges, or uncertainty about the future, Mrs. Redmann made time to listen without judgment and offer thoughtful advice – always with an open door, an open ear, and an open heart.
One of the most impactful ways she helped me was during the college admissions process. What initially felt overwhelming and confusing became manageable thanks to her clear guidance, personalized support, and genuine belief in my potential. From reviewing applications and writing letters of recommendation, to brainstorming essays and navigating deadlines, she walked alongside me every step of the way.
More than just a counselor, Lindsey Redmann was a mentor and advocate who truly cared about my well-being and success. Her kindness and encouragement made a lasting difference in my life, and I’m so grateful for the role she played in helping me reach where I am today, as I would likely not be the same without her.”
